These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of window cleaning services by Lucid Windows. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
We offer professional window cleaning services across the Isle of Wight. Service details, pricing, and availability are outlined on our website or provided during booking.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property. Where rear access is not available, a front‑only clean will be carried out and charged at two‑thirds of the standard price, or the minimum charge of £18 (whichever is higher). If no access is possible, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or a call‑out fee may apply.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Short‑notice cancellations may incur a fee.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods include cash, bank transfer, cheque, Direct Debit, card payments, and Apple/Google Pay.
We operate in most weather conditions. In cases of severe weather, we may reschedule for safety reasons.
We take great care during all services. We are not liable for pre‑existing damage, defective fittings, or issues caused by poor installation.
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
